Dating back to the 1930s and renovated and modernized to conserve its early 20th century style, The Bettoja Massimo D Azeglio hotel lobby features green marble floors and walls with upholstered furniture in tones of green and brown. Complimentary buffet breakfasts are served daily. The restaurant, Massimo D'Azeglio, serves traditional Italian cuisine in early 1900s 'Umbertino' style surrounding enhanced by the collection of historic drawings and paintings. The cellar bar, La Cantina, serves cheese with an extensive wine list around rustic wooden tables under the brick vaulted ceiling.
