fiogf49gjkf0d Location. Bodysgallen Hall and Spa is located on the outskirts of Llandudno, Wales, one mile from the town centre and one mile from Llandudno Junction railway station. The Hall is 1.5 miles from Conwy Castle and 28 miles from Snowdonia National Park. Hotel Features. Bodysgallen Hall is a stone- built country house, surrounded by manicured grounds including a walled rose garden, set within 200 acres of parkland. The wood-panelled reception features a fireplace and a library and coffee and complimentary newspapers are available. The spa is located in a converted farmhouse and features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and whirlpool spa, a gym and five beauty treatment rooms.
The restaurant at Bodysgallen Hall serves modern British dishes like Chicken and Wild Mushroom Ballotine and Roast Sirloin of Welsh Black Beef. Afternoon tea is offered in the public rooms and there is a warmly decorated bar. A complimentary continental buffet breakfast is served daily.
The Hall has three meeting rooms housed in a restored stable block, the largest holding up to 40 persons.
Llandudno Golf Club and North Wales Golf Club are two miles from the Hall. Facilities for tennis, fishing and boating are available nearby.
Guestrooms. There are 15 guestrooms in the main hall and 16 in individual cottages with their own gardens. All rooms feature antique furniture and artworks and have views across the parkland to Conwy and Snowdonia. Amenities include satellite television, DVD players, direct-dial phones and wireless Internet. Bathrooms include designer toiletries and hair dryers. Home-made biscuits and complimentary bottled water are also provided.
Expert Tip. Caernarfon Castle was built by Edward I as a royal seat for his son, created the first Prince of Wales. In 1969, the castle was the scene of Prince Charles' investiture to the same title.
