Frankfurt airport has two railway stations: the Regional train station and the Fernbahnof long-distance station. Both are accessible via a shuttle bus or the faster Sky Line monorail. S- Bahn commuter trains (lines S8 and S9) depart for central Frankfurt and the Hauptbahnhof (central station). From here, take the S6 in the direction of Friedberg/Gross Karben and alight at Gross Karben station, 350 metres from the hotel. Alternatively, taxis are also available at the airport. Getting around. Frankfurt's public transport system includes the S-Bahn (overground), the U-Bahn (underground), and buses and trams. Tickets are available at most stops for daily or hourly use.
