The 175 air- conditioned guestrooms are spread over four floors and have modern decor in a traditional style with dark wood furnishings and laminate flooring. All guestrooms include minibars, safes, satellite television with pay movies, direct-dial telephones, wireless Internet, and bathrooms with bathrobes and hair dryers.
Guests can dive into the Caribbean themed pool area with its pirate ship, caves, different levels and poolside bar. There are eight pools in total, with three full-size waterslides, a warm outdoor pool and a children's pool with its own small waterslide. There is a fully equipped fitness centre and a health and beauty centre offering a range of holistic treatments and a sauna, hot tub, steam room and massage-room. The Terrace Restaurant features a Caribbean-inspired menu and Old Havanna serves pizzas, steaks and pasta dishes. The Hesburger is a family friendly restaurant serving burgers, salads and snacks.
