On the west shores of Lake Maggiore, the Grand Hotel Majestic is a distinguished late 19th century Belle Epoque hotel set in English gardens. Accessible by boat or by road, the hotel is located on a promontory jutting out over the lake, with views of the Borromean Islands. There are 92 air-conditioned guestrooms featuring antique style furniture and decor and fabrics in rich colours. Driving Directions

The Malpensa Express rapid train runs every 30 minutes to and from Milan Cadorna railway station; the airport railway station is at the -1 level of terminal 1. Various bus and shuttle services run to and from destinations in and around Milan, including Central station. Trains operate between Milan and Verbania, the nearest station to the hotel. Taxis are available at the airport.
From Malpensa airport take the E 26 towards Gravellona Toce. Exit at Baveno. Follow the signs to Verbania Intra Villa Taranto and proceed for about two kilometres. The hotel is on the left.
