Overlooking the soft, white sands of Tamarind Bay, the resort is one mile from Port Salines Airport and seven miles from the capital. With grand Georgian architecture, the hotel boasts spectacular views across its garden, lake and turquoise Caribbean waters. A raised promontory separates the shoreline into two private beaches, which offer a wide range of water sports. Guests can snorkel through sheltered coves, sail on aquamarine waters or cool off in the resort's Grecian-style pool.
The Grenadian by Rex Resort features three restaurants and three bars, as well as a drink service by the pool and beach. Room service is available during limited hours. The 210 guestrooms feature private balconies or terraces and include telephones.

A non-smoking policy is now in effect at the resort. Smoking will not be permitted in guest rooms, restaurants or public areas. This policy will be phased in as rooms and public areas are refurbished.
