The hotel is connected to the main railway station opposite by a tunnel for the exclusive use of guests. During the winter season, guests benefit from a complimentary shuttle bus to the ski slopes. Innsbruck Old Town is one kilometre from the hotel, as is the Bergisel Ski Jump. Innsbruck Kranebitten Airport is three kilometres from the hotel, an approximate driving time of ten minutes.
