The Royal Star is a large modern hotel located in the resort of Lloret de Mar, 500 metres from the beach and 250 metres from the lively town centre. The 397 air- conditioned guestrooms have light decor and all open up onto balconies. Amenities include satellite television, direct-dial phones, safes and minibars. Bathrooms have showers, tubs, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers. Half board and All-Inclusive room rates are offered.
The hotel's restaurant offers an extensive range of regional dishes as well as European and international cuisine served buffet style in an informal setting with underwater views of the pool. Guests can relax with a drink on the sun terraces at the poolside bar, or unwind in the health club, which has a covered heated pool, hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and gym. Driving Directions

From Girona Airport a taxi takes 30 minutes and the fare is approximately 60 EUR. The bus takes 45 minutes and costs 5 EUR. A train from Girona station to Blanes, 7 kilometres away, takes 35 minutes and costs 3 EUR. From Barcelona Airport a taxi takes 75 minutes and costs approximately 85 EUR. Direct trains run to Blanes from the airport and costs 6 EUR and the bus is 7 EUR. The resort of Lloret de Mar can be comfortably explored on foot. The free shuttle bus service can take guests to other resorts and hotels along the coast. A hire car is useful for exploring the Costa Brava region.
Driving directions: From Girona Airport: Take the main road N-II in the direction of Barcelona towards Videres. When in Videres crossroads take the left turn towards Lloret de Mar. From Barcelona Airport: Take the AP-7 highway in the direction of Girona and take the Costa Brava-Lloret Exit and the freeway towards the town.
