Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $50 USD.
Reservations cancelled 31 days or less prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 USD plus 25% of cost of entire stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees, and any other inclusive surcharges.
For arrivals 8/1/05 and after:
Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 USD. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
