Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival for arrivals between 12/17/04-1/3/05 and 12/19/05-12/31/05 will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of two nights' stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges. Reservations cancelled less than seven days prior to arrival for arrivals between 10/7/05-12/16/05 and 1/4/05-12/18/05 will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges. A $25 change fee applies once reservation is confirmed. A credit card imprint is required at time of check in for telephone and other incidental charges that may be incurred. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. |
