The Vilalara Thalassa Reosrt is a spa hotel set amidst 30 acres of tropical gardens on the Algarve coast, four kilometres from Aqualand water park. This hotel consists of several two-storey buildings scattered amid lush gardens, and features 131 suites decorated simple blue, yellow and green decor with light oak wood furniture and carpet or ceramic tile floors. Suites open onto furnished balconies with views of the hotel gardens, and come equipped with air conditioning, satellite television and minibars.
Sun-worshippers can spend the day sipping cocktails by one of the five swimming pools, one of which is heated all year round, or head down to the private beach to enjoy a spot of sea swimming. Guests can take a stroll through the lush gardens, while the hotel offers a programme of daytime and evening activities and excursions including sporting pursuits and live entertainment. Relaxation comes in the form of a range of spa treatments including facials, wraps, stone therapy, shiatsu, and deep tissue massage. The spa baths offer hydrotherapy treatment pools, underwater massage, hot tub, and seawater relaxation sessions. After some serious pampering, guests can enjoy the tranquil relaxation room, Turkish baths, sauna and solarium, or head for one of three restaurants for dinner.
