Please Note:
January through September 2006 Refurbishment: Work will take place gradually from the first floor to the top of the building with the three floors closed at any one time. The floor above and below the one being worked on will act as a buffer zone to mitigate noise. All rooms will be upgraded through the course of the renovation and includes the removal of all fittings and furniture as well as the removal of bathtubs. A new air conditioning, fire protection and security system will be installed. The lobby is tentatively planed to be renovated towards the end of August. Otherwise impact will be limited to one buffered floor at a time.
