Hotel Features. Chefs at The French Room prepare succulent Neo-classic cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere with crystal chandeliers hanging from domed ceilings adorned with murals. Specialties include Roasted Colorado Rack of Lamb and Pecan Encrusted Foie Gras. This formal-attire restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday though Saturday evenings only and reservations are required.
