Hotel Expert's Tip. Dinnertime became an all-night event at the Wyndham Chicago's Caliterra Bar & Grill exhibition kitchen. I dined on a six-course tasting menu and cheese cart while Executive Chef prepared innovative cuisine for the restaurants ever-evolving menu.
