Cambodian Commercial Bank, Sivatha Street, north of the night market, offers credit-card cash advances and travellers' cheques. Other banks offer only travellers' cheques at the standard two-percent commission. Western Union (tel 012/846517), opposite the hospital, can organize money transfers from overseas.
