The SMT
bus
terminal is at 101 Regent St at King, about five-minutes' walk south of the river and one block south of the main drag, Queen Street. There are no
trains
to Fredericton: the nearest service is to Moncton. Air Canada provides a wide range of domestic and a few international flights into Fredericton
airport
, 16km southeast of town; the taxi fare into the centre will cost you around $20.
Fredericton's main
Visitors Information Centre
is downtown in City Hall on the corner of Queen and York streets (mid-May to mid-June & Sept to early Oct daily 8am-5pm; mid-June to Aug daily 8am-8pm; mid-Oct to mid-May Mon-Fri 8.15am-4.30pm; tel 460-2129).
