is downtown in City Hall on the corner of Queen and York streets (mid-May to mid-June & Sept to early Oct daily 8am-5pm; mid-June to Aug daily 8am-8pm; mid-Oct to mid-May Mon-Fri 8.15am-4.30pm; tel 460-2129). They will ring ahead to reserve accommodation for free and have all manner of leaflets on the city and its surroundings.
