Aix is stuffed full of restaurants of every price and ethnic origin. Place des Cardeurs, just northwest of the HA?tel de Ville, is nothing but restaurant, brasserie and cafA© tables, while rue de la Verrerie running south from HA?tel de Ville and place Ramus has an immense variety of Indian, Chinese and North African restaurants. Rue des Tanneurs is a good street for low budgets. The cafA©-brasseries on cours Mirabeau are also tempting, and in between them you'll find cheaper snackeries and pedlars of delicious fresh fruit juice.
