Long-distance and local buses arrive at the main terminal, 2km west of the centre; taxis downtown, usually shared, charge US$0.50 per person. Those arriving by air will find themselves at the Aeropuerto Internacional GolosA?n , 9km from the centre, off the main highway west to San Pedro Sula. From the terminal, the taxi fare into the centre is US$4.50, or around US$3 if you flag one down on the highway, where you can also pick up buses heading into the city. The ferry to and from RoatA?n and Utila in the Bay Islands uses the Muralla de Cabotaje municipal dock, about 5km to the east of the city. There's no bus to the dock; taxis charge US$4-5 from the city centre and around US$8 from the airport.
