San Pedro Sula is the main transport hub for this part of Honduras, with frequent
bus departures
for Tegucigalpa, Santa Rosa de CopA?n and all destinations along the north coast. Bus companies operate out of their own terminals, most of which are conveniently located within a few blocks of each other in the centre of the city. An (L) after the company names denotes a luxury service. There is also an intermittent
train
service between Puerto CortAŠs and Tela - check in the station at 1 C E, 1 Av N. Other useful information
