Bus information You can buy tickets and get timetables from the tourist office in Piazza Duomo. Last buses to Siena and Florence leave from Porta San Giovanni about 8.30pm.

Internet access Cartoleria La Tuscio, just outside Porta San Matteo, or the craft shop at Via XX Settembre 24b; both charge L3000/a?¬1.55 for 15min.

Parking There are five pay car-parks dotted around the walls which work out about the same as the town-centre hotels' parking rates. Driving within the walls is forbidden unless you have a chit from your hotel, and the police will ticket you if you try (or if you park outside the Porta San Giovanni).
