You should be able to get a
trishaw
from the Dutch Square and outside the Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre. A sightseeing tour costs around RM25 for two.
Taxis
are quite hard to find on the street, but you can always get one from the taxi stand near the express bus station. The very helpful
Tourist Information Centre
is on Jalan Kota (Mon-Thurs & Sat 8.45am-5pm, Fri 8.45am-12.15pm & 2.45-5pm, Sun 9am-5pm; tel 06/283 6538), 400m from the Shah Bandar jetty. The information board outside displays the times of the river trips to Kampung Morten
