The bus station (with guarderia) is at C 11 and Av Riveroll: turn right and head down Riveroll to reach the bay - head left when you reach Mateos for the centre of town. There's a second, smaller station a couple of blocks down Riveroll between C 8 and C 9, which handles frequent services to Tijuana. The very helpful COTUCO tourist office (Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Sat & Sun 10am-2pm; tel 6/178-2411, www.ensenada-tourism.com ) is on Costero at the corner of Gastelum, where the main road enters town; the SECTUR tourism protection office is at Costero 1477 and Rocas (same hours). The post office (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, Sat 9am-1pm) is at Club Rotario 93 and Mateos. For Internet cafes try The Lost Civilizations at Ruiz 168 ( www.lostcivilizations.net.mx ) or Cursos at Mateos 581 ( www.cafe.maxicomm.net ); both offer food and drinks, but the latter is better equipped and cheaper (US$1.50 per hr). The Baja California Language College (tel 6/174-5688, www.bajacal.com ), Barcelona and Belgrado at no. 191, near the Ensenada Red Cross, offers excellent Spanish courses , which last a weekend or several months.
