The bus terminal is on the corner of Av BolAvar and C 13, two blocks away from Front Street. Buses arrive from and leave for PanamA? City about three times an hour between 4am and 10pm; to and from Portobelo twice an hour from 5am to 8pm. If you arrive by ship from Kuna Yala you'll come in at Coco Solo port, a US$3 taxi ride from the city centre. Yachts coming through the canal dock outside the Yacht club in Cristobal. France's Field, ColA?n's airport , is a short taxi ride outside the city: Aeroperlas has fourteen flights a day between PanamA? City and ColA?n, used mainly by business people visiting the Free Zone, but you'd have to be in a real hurry to want fly here, given the short distance between the two cities by land.

There is an IPAT office in ColA?n (Mon-Fri 8am-4pm; tel 441 9644), on Av Balboa with C 9 close to the entrance to Cristobal, but they don't have much information and will be very surprised to see you. The post office and a branch of the Banco Nacional are just around the corner on C 9; there are several more banks in the Free Zone.
