: pretty much every cuisine in the world can be found here, from US fast food to Greek, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and French. Most of the more upmarket options are concentrated in
Bella Vista
and
El Cangrejo
- Via Argentina has the widest range, many with outdoor tables that are good for people-watching - but you're never far from a range of good and inexpensive places to eat. Excellent
fish
and seafood are widely available, and there are a couple of specialist vegetarian restaurants - a welcome change from the rest of Panama. Other useful information
