Segovia takes its cooking seriously, with restaurants of Madrid quality - and prices. Culinary specialities include roast suckling pig ( cochinillo asado ), displayed in the raw in the windows of many restaurants, and the rather healthier judiones , large white beans from La Granja. There is a concentration of cheaper bar-restaurants on c/de la Infanta Isabella, off the Plaza Mayor, and late-night bars on c/Escuderos and c/JuderA­a Vieja, and along Avenida FernA?ndez Ladreda. La Escuela , at c/San MillA?n 5, is a youthful bar with occasional live bands .
