Banks Most banks are lined along Allister Miller Street or in the Swazi Plaza. Branches include First National, Nedbank and Standard. Hours are generally Mon-Fri 8.30am-2.30pm, Sat 8.30-11am. The best time to bank is a weekday morning. Bookshops Websters, at 120 Johnstone St and in the New Mall, has the best general selection. There is also an SNA newsagent (the Swazi equivalent of South Africa's CNA) in the Swazi Plaza. Car rental Avis (tel 5186226) and Imperial (tel 5184393) are located at Matsapha airport, and there's another Imperial agent at the Engen service station at the junction of the By-Pass Road and Main Road (tel 4041384). Cheaper than either company is Affordable Car Hire (tel 4049136 or 6020394) in the Swazi Plaza. You can also get online at the internet cafAŠ beside the Post Office, upstairs in the Swazi Plaza (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-5pm, Sun 2-5pm). Tour operators
The country's biggest and best tour operator is Swazi Trails (tel 4162180,
), located in the Mantenga Craft Centre. It runs tours to the Lobamba royal village, game parks, nature reserves, craft centres, local villages and even a local
sangoma
(healer). They can also arrange horse-riding, hiking, mountain biking, caving and some great whitewater rafting trips. There are also a handful of smaller local operations, including Nabo Bashoa, 37 Commercial Centre, Johnston St (tel 605 6346,
