) is the best place to pick up information on Dubuque.
Internet
access is available at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library, 360 W 11th St, and you can rent a bike at the Bike Shack, 3250 Dodge St (tel 319/582-4381; $15 per four hours, $5 each additional hour). Other useful information
