Bozeman boasts plenty of good places to eat . The Community Co-op on Ninth Avenue and Main Street (tel 406/587-4039) serves terrific fresh veggie food and mouth-watering desserts in its pretty roadside garden, while the McKenzie River Pizza Co . at 232 E Main St (tel 406/587-0055); pulls in a crowd with fresh and somewhat unusual toppings. The Spanish Peaks Brewery at Main and Church streets (tel 406/585-2296) offers Italian cuisine at moderate prices alongside home-brewed beers like Black Dog Ale and Spanish Peaks Porter, but even more choices are available at Montana Aleworks , 611 E Main St (tel 406/587-7700), with over forty microbrews on tap. For something milder, try the gourmet coffee and pastries at The Leaf and Bean at 35 W Main St.

Other places to drink include Molly Brown's and the Haufbrau , both at Eighth Avenue and Main Street, and both good rowdy bars. For live music, the Zebra Lounge on Rouse Avenue S offers an eclectic mix. The Tributary and Bo Zone are both good for local entertainment listings.
