Brady Street
in the near northeast, a counterculture haven in the 1960s, is now filled with Italian restaurants and bars.
Walker's Point
, on the edge of downtown, has all sorts of gay and straight watering holes, while the Polish locals can be found farther south. Downtown gets busy on the weekend, especially either side of the river on
