Grenada's underwater terrain is as beautiful as the lush green landscape rising above it, and there's no shortage of dive operators to help you explore it. Most dive shops operate from resorts on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada and out of Tyrrel Bay in Carriacou, and cater for all levels of experience. Though shallow reef, wall and drift dives are all on offer, the most popular site is the wreck of the Bianca C on Grenada, known locally as the "Titanic of the Caribbean".

For those who prefer to explore on dry land there are hiking trails throughout Grenada's lush Grand Etang National Park, where you can take a brief stroll or walk all day on these often fragrant trails, encountering local flora and fauna, dramatic waterfalls and stunning views. In many cases the best option is to hike with an experienced tour operator.
