KALBIT'ANG - BEEF SOUP SERVED WITH RICE, SEASONED WITH

MANDUGUK - MEAT DUMPLING SOUP, SERVED AS A MAIN COURSE. THE
DUMPLINGS ARE FILLED WITH MINCED BEEF, PORK, GARLIC, GREEN
ONIONS AND VEGETABLES. THIS IS THEN COOKED IN THE SOUP AND
LEEKS, GARLIC, PEPPER AND SESAME SEEDS ARE ADDED. THIS DISH
