CATERING FROM NEPALI CUISINE TO INTERNATIONAL CUISINE, SUCH
AS CHINESE, JAPANESE, KOREAN, FRENCH, ITALIAN, AUSTRIAN AND
AMERICAN. RESTAURANTS TEND TO BE LIVELY WITH FRIENDLY
STAFF. AVOID UNBOILED WATER, ICE AND UNCOOKED VEGETABLES

TEA IS THE MOST POPULAR DRINK, MADE WITH MILK, SUGAR AND
SPICES AND SOMETIMES BUTTER. ANOTHER POPULAR MOUNTAIN DRINK
IS CHANG (BEER MADE FROM FERMENTED BARLEY, MAIZE, RYE
OR MILLET). THE LOCAL BEER IS TASTY AND NOT AS EXPENSIVE
AS THE WINE. LEMONADE AND LASSI A YOGURT DRINK ARE REFRESHING.
