YOU CAN RENT A CAR WITH DRIVER. OR RENT A
CAR FROM THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS.
THIS IS EXPENSIVE.
FUEL QUALITY IS LOW. FUEL IS SOMETIMES HARD
TO FIND.

TAXI:
THERE ARE ONLY A FEW OFFICIAL TAXIS AVAILABLE.
THESE ARE CHEAP.
THERE ARE A LOT OF PRIVATE CARS WORKING AS TAXIS.
THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN USING THEM.
